Friday Back day

Today we worked the posterior chain and upper back. I thought it might be good to give the old deadlift motion a rest for a week or 2.

Good mornings from the pins just above 90 degrees
135 X 12
135 X 8
225 X 7
245 X 6

Pull throughs
170 X 8
90 X 15

lateral holds
2 X 10 each hand

Abs
