Friday Dec 7 Back

Started with Rack pulls and worked up to 485 for 2 sets of 5.

I was a little hung over, so wasted a completely good workout in my opinion.

250 X 8
275 X 7

Single arm dumbell rows
70 X 8
75 X 7
